Meet JC
I grew up in Lee's Summit. When my folks moved here in 1959, I was five. The population of Lee's Summit was about 8,000. It was a sleepy little town with big dreams.
I graduated from Lee's Summit High school in 1972. Go Tigers! In 1974 while working at TG&Y, I met Debbie, and we married in 1975. In 1979 we were blessed with a baby boy and in 1983 we were blessed again with a little girl. We are now the grandparents of 6 grandchildren. In 1988 we bought Sharp-Long Heating and Cooling where I had worked since 1976. Between the pressures of a young family and running a small business, I knew something was missing and in 1989 I trusted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. The relationship I have with Jesus is what has shaped my life. It's what I draw my values from and this relationship has taught me how to serve people where they are, not where I want them.
